Four checks, every 30 seconds: the public RPC, the node, the mining pool and the wallet explorer. Each one asks the service to do its job — answering is not the same as working.

The four services
What each check does, and what the bars mean
Each service is asked to do the thing a visitor needs from it. A process that is running but useless counts as down here — that is the whole point of this page.
Operational means the check passed. Degraded means it answered but something is off — slow, behind, or handing out stale data; usually it clears on its own. Down means it could not do its job.
The seven bars are the last seven days, one per day, in UTC: green for a day with no failed check, amber where some checks were degraded, red where some failed, grey for a day with no records. Hover a bar for that day's numbers. Checks run every 30 seconds, so a bar covers about 2,880 of them.
A grey bar is a day that was not measured, not a day that went well: it counts for nothing in the percentage next to the bars.
Times on this page are shown in the time zone picked above, in the number and date format picked next to it — the same two settings the explorer has, remembered for this site. The checks and their history are kept on the same server as the services, so if the whole machine is unreachable this page will not load either — and that is itself an answer.
